CrackBoard provides digital learning content and guidance. Once access is granted, refunds are generally not possible. In exceptional cases (like duplicate payment), please contact us with your order details for review.

For cancellations, raise a request before access is activated wherever applicable. All approvals are at the sole discretion of CrackBoard and may require supporting documents.
